I’m seeking remote or hybrid opportunities in operations, production planning, manufacturing coordination, technical operations, vendor coordination or process improvement.

At HIL Limited, where I’m currently Manager – Operations for the AC & CC Plant, I coordinate production, maintenance, manpower, materials, contractors and engineering resources. I monitor OEE and plant KPIs, and coordinate corrective actions when performance gaps arise.

I’ve contributed to improvements in productivity, equipment availability and quality, including raising availability from 90% to 96% and reducing rejection from 4% to 2.3%. I’ve also led TPM, OEE and autonomous maintenance initiatives, and coordinated shutdown planning and execution.
