Through Turnkey Project / Plant Optimisation Consulting, I work with project and consulting organizations including SGS, EES and BalajiEnterprises on plant setup and optimization of plastics injection moulding operations. My focus includes process improvement, quality and OEE.
At Finolex Plasson Industries Pvt. Ltd., I managed injection moulding, extrusion and post-moulding operations, coordinating production planning, quality, supply chain and mould trials. I led payroll and contract teams supporting 37 injection moulding machines, alongside mould maintenance, assembly and material feeding.
Across my career, I improved productivity by 28% through process optimization, breakdown reduction and OEE improvement, and reduced rejection from 5% to 1%. I also supported installation and commissioning of 28 injection moulding machines and conducted mould trials.
