I’m a results-driven Payroll, Finance & Accounts professional with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end India payroll processing and compliance. I’m known for payroll accuracy, strong process improvements, and dependable stakeholder coordination in high-volume environments.

In my recent role, I managed the full payroll lifecycle for 600+ employees across multiple business units, ensuring timely salary disbursement and adherence to payroll timelines. I processed payroll inputs across attendance validations, reimbursements, incentives, arrears, overtime, leave encashments, bonuses, and Full & Final settlements.

I also own the finance side of payroll, including GL reconciliations, payroll provisions, journal entries, month-end and year-end financial close support, and payroll variance reporting. Alongside that, I handled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities such as invoice processing, vendor payments, client billing, follow-ups, and monthly book closure in Tally ERP/Prime.

I ensure complete statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, challan processing, Form 16 generation, and GST reconciliations. Earlier, with ADP India, I supported payroll operations and migration for multiple clients using ADP systems, including master data migration, setup validation, UAT testing, parallel runs, and go-live support, while resolving employee queries within SLA timelines.
