I’m looking to own end-to-end payroll and HR operations with strong statutory compliance, HRIS automation, and analytics-driven MIS. I want to lead a team, partner with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to ensure audit-ready execution.

I’m an HR and Payroll professional with strong experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management—from onboarding to offboarding.

I’ve led payroll and full & final settlement processing for 1,500+ employees and 3,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance across PF, PT, income tax, LWF, and Form 16 through external vendors. I also handle attendance and leave administration, employee grievances, income tax queries, background verification, and internal controls to keep operations audit-ready.

I’m skilled in HRIS implementation & migration and use HR analytics to drive operational efficiency. I manage MIS dashboards, variance and reconciliation reporting, attrition and headcount reports, and I’ve contributed to performance management by supporting appraisal workflows and system execution—while leading teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
