I'm looking to lead AI, data, product, and commercial transformation initiatives where I can build scalable businesses, shape strategy, and deliver measurable growth across cross-functional teams.

At Mercer | Mettl, I lead Pre-Sales and Data Analytics while shaping Mercer Assessments' future-state data strategy and integration roadmap.

I've built the Data Analytics function from the ground up, delivering work for 1,000+ clients and generating $350K+ direct and $3M+ indirect annual revenue impact. I also co-developed SpeechX into a $1M+ AI business line and India's market leader by 2023.

I’ve led psychometric assessment consulting and the end-to-end business line, driving 16X growth, expanding international business share from 10% to 55%, and launching offerings contributing $5M+ in revenue.

Earlier, I built Vario Fitness's consumer marketplace across web, Android, and iOS, and at Accenture supported digital and business transformation programs with measurable commercial outcomes. I also actively prototype with GenAI, including StoryKnit.in.
