I've led high-volume OTA sales, operations, and quality teams for VMS Travel Tech, Mondee Tech, and LBF Travel India, with more than 20 years across travel technology, reservations, customer experience, and hospitality.
At VMS Travel Tech, I spearhead day-to-day sales and operations while owning Quality since 2025. I designed chargeback-control and dispute-prevention frameworks, audit customer interactions, identify root causes, and build dashboards that support revenue protection and data-driven decisions.
At LBF Travel India, I built the Spanish Sales Desk and Web Chat team from the ground up, creating SOPs, training materials, and reporting frameworks. I also led a 50-person unit across Spanish Sales, English/US Customer Service, and Web Chat, driving revenue and CSAT performance.
