I’m a detail-oriented Aviation Stores and Logistics Executive with hands-on experience supporting airline/MRO operations through aircraft spares handling, inbound and outbound logistics, cargo coordination, inventory control, and dispatch operations.
In my current role, I support receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of aircraft spares and materials. I perform inbound logistics with quantity verification and documentation checks, including preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) as per aviation procedures, and I coordinate cargo collection from airport cargo terminals to ensure timely inward movement to technical stores.
I manage packing, labelling, loading, and unloading of aircraft materials while following aviation safety and handling standards. I also maintain material traceability, shelf-life monitoring, FIFO / FEFO practices, bin location control, and stock movement—while ensuring high standards of warehouse housekeeping (5S) and compliance with aviation regulatory and safety guidelines.
Before aviation stores work, I strengthened my customer-facing operations skills as a Guest Service Associate, handling cashiering, POS transactions, guest coordination, and issue resolution in a high-pressure environment. Across both roles, I bring documentation accuracy, time-critical shipment handling, and coordination with internal teams to keep aircraft operations uninterrupted.
