I've supported SCCM administration at IBM and TCS, managing client installation, software deployment, patch management, compliance reporting, and daily incident resolution.
I configure SCCM sites, boundaries, boundary groups, discovery methods, distribution points, collections, applications, and packages. I also create SQL-based reports and PowerShell automation for client health checks, software inventory, patch validation, log analysis, deployments, reporting, and bulk operations.
I'm experienced with SCCM versions from 2012 through 2403, WSUS, SUP, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD Conditional Access, and device compliance policies. I collaborate with global teams, support SLA adherence, and contribute to training, knowledge transfer, and project handovers.
