I’m a dedicated SCCM & Intune Administrator with hands-on expertise in software distribution, application deployment, and patch management. I manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, and I administer Active Directory infrastructure—including user and group management, GPOs, and domain services—to keep IT resources secure and efficient.

In my current role, I deploy, manage, and maintain software applications using SCCM, and I use Intune to automate new machine deployment while ensuring device compliance. I also leverage ServiceNow for IT service management across incident, problem, and change workflows, with a strong focus on problem resolution, communication, and customer support.
