I’m a dedicated SCCM Admin with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Microsoft endpoint systems. I focus on streamlining IT operations, enhancing security, and ensuring software compliance through strong SCCM and Intune knowledge.

I’ve managed standalone and hierarchy-based SCCM infrastructures across SCCM 2012 R2, 2111, 2207, 2211, 2309, 2403, and 2409. I’m hands-on with SCCM site/server logs and SCCM client logs, and I handle software distribution monitoring, alert monitoring, and troubleshooting deployment failures.

I’m experienced in package creation and deployment (MSI, EXE, and custom scripts) with minimal downtime, plus monitoring software metering rules. I’ve delivered patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and SUP, and I regularly work on SCCM operations like client installation, remediation, hardware/software inventory, and software metering.

I also support Operating System Deployment (OSD) and upgrades, including migrations from Windows 10 1809 to 1909 and to 22H2, then Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 22H2. Beyond SCCM, I work with Active Directory infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP), create and manage collections, and provide 24/7 customer support using tools like Software Center, Right Click Tools, and client action utilities.
