What I'm looking for

I'm looking for project delivery or PMO leadership opportunities where I can own complex workstreams, strengthen governance and risk management, partner with global stakeholders, and improve delivery outcomes across professional services, AI, SaaS, or operations.

I've led end-to-end delivery for CAP Digisoft Solutions across five simultaneous US enterprise accounts, coordinating a 40-person team while sustaining 100% on-time, zero-error delivery for more than 12 consecutive years.

I manage scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, stakeholder communication, governance reporting, and closure documentation across Agile and Waterfall workstreams. I’ve partnered daily with US-based leadership for 14 years and work effectively across global, matrixed operations, quality, finance, and compliance teams.

Today, I manage AI adoption workstreams at CAP Digisoft and lead product development planning in Jira for mSaaSworks’ SEOChkr SaaS platform. I bring disciplined delivery execution, structured reporting, and continuous improvement to complex, evolving initiatives.
