I’m looking for an enterprise SaaS role where I can lead project/program delivery with strong PMO governance, cross-regional stakeholder alignment, and analytics-driven decision-making through Power BI and KPI frameworks.

I’m a results-driven Project/Program Management professional with 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS programs across full lifecycles—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. I manage multi-million-dollar portfolios and lead cross-regional teams across India, UK, and USA, bringing structure and clarity to complex, multi-workstream delivery.

In my current role as an Associate Project Manager, I own the full project lifecycle and have recovered a high-visibility at-risk program—achieving client go-live within 3 weeks through rapid replanning and stakeholder realignment. I also govern 15+ concurrent client engagements, maintaining portfolio health, RAID logs, change management, and delivery dashboards that support VP-level decision-making.

I build PMO governance frameworks that measurably improve delivery predictability (about ~18%) and standardize governance across distributed teams. I translate delivery data into executive action using Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks, run Agile ceremonies for distributed teams, and align stakeholders to reduce risk and drive consistent outcomes.
