I own end-to-end delivery across requirements, planning, estimation, governance, vendor coordination, UAT, migration readiness, cutover, release management and post-release stabilization. I lead Agile, cross-functional teams of 20+ members across business, product, technology and operations in B2B2C financial-services environments.

Previously at UST, I improved delivery visibility with Tableau dashboards that reduced reporting effort by 70%, reduced API testing cycles from approximately 60 minutes to 8 minutes, and improved automation framework efficiency by 50% using AWS-based testing environments.

My experience also includes application support, code analysis, debugging, operational governance and ITIL-aligned change management at Cognizant Technology Solutions. I use Jira, automation, Agile governance and Generative AI tools to strengthen planning, forecasting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
