What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my technical support, access management, backup, network setup, and IT security skills to a dynamic team while supporting organizational growth and delivering high-quality results.

I'm currently supporting end-users at NAF Technologies, troubleshooting PC hardware, network equipment, and software issues while maintaining workstations, drivers, and equipment.

During my national service at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, I provided staff technical support and managed user accounts, access controls, system backups, IT security, and network setups.

I've also created promotional fliers, digital assets, logos, and social media content for Elky’s Bakery. I bring computer science training, digital marketing experience, and a practical focus on accurate, secure IT operations.
