What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-and-operations role where I can own roadmaps, lead cross-functional execution, and use discovery to drive measurable growth—ideally with a team that moves fast, values accountability, and supports remote collaboration.

I’m a product and operations leader with 4+ years building and scaling tech products across Nepal and Southeast Asia. I translate founder vision into actionable product and operational roadmaps, keeping all functions aligned from strategy to delivery.

As Chief Operating Officer and Product Lead at DL.Surf, I coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule and scaled operations from 4 to 11 members. I drove product-market positioning that helped DL.Surf win the NYEF Startup Award 2025 and reach the Regional Startup World Cup 2025 through pitch preparation, documentation, and investor-ready storytelling.

Before that, as Chief Execution Officer / Product Growth Lead at College Tiffin Pvt. Ltd., I defined the roadmap for a food-tech platform and grew it to 1,500+ app downloads, 700+ registered users, and 200+ completed orders. I led end-to-end lifecycle work—UI/UX direction, feature prioritization, user research, and retention optimization—while coordinating service-based projects and strengthening campus and restaurant partnerships.

I also bring community and operations leadership through my role as Co-Lead & Advisor for Google Developer Group Kathmandu, where I managed program delivery for 10+ large-scale events impacting 5,000+ developers, including GDG SEA Summit 2024 representation. I’m energized by structured discovery, spec-driven delivery, and building systems that maintain reliability—like sustaining 99% product uptime through monitoring and incident response.
