Supported a 4,000-machine Windows 11 workstation rationalisation and vulnerability management project by removing unused apps and upgrading older apps to address security vulnerabilities. Used Tenable/Nessus data and SCCM/PatchMyPC to automate required app upgrades/uninstalls and resolve deployment issues across on-prem and AWS VDI.

Delivered a merger-driven VDI migration deploying and remediating hundreds of business-critical Windows 7-to-Windows 10 applications via SCCM. Created SCCM-ready MSI packages and task sequences for PXE-based deployment, deployed firewall rules via netsh, migrated user profiles and PST data, and provided post-rollout desktop support.

Supported discovery, packaging, and SCCM administration for a 3,500-workstation Windows XP (SP3) to Windows 7 Enterprise migration, creating self-contained MSI packages and refining deployment task sequences. Remediated application compatibility issues using 32-bit subsystem flags/XPMode and troubleshot deployment problems using verbose msiexec logs, Procmon, and Event Viewer.

Built and reimaged desktops and laptops with Windows XP/7 using SCCM (MDT) and repaired SCCM client health by ensuring BITS and WMI service readiness. Administered Active Directory and Group Policy, DHCP/DNS, Exchange 2007 mailboxes, and maintained VMware-based environments with remote access tooling.

Migrated thousands of NT4 user accounts and Exchange 5.5 mailboxes to Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2007 using Microsoft migration wizards and custom VBS scripts. Supported a Government Connect Secure Extranet (GCSX) project by testing SCCM application publishing methods and performing SCCM client health checks (Service Pack, BITS, WMI) before pushing clients. Delivered Windows XP desktop support via helpdesk workflows and administered Exchange 2007, SharePoint, and related VPN/encryption support for users.
