What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an ICT support or technical support role where I can troubleshoot day-to-day user and system issues, support efficient ICT operations, and continue growing in data, web development, and database work.

At Oracom Web Solutions, I supported internal users while cleaning, validating, and analyzing datasets for accurate reporting. I also configured and trained chatbot flows for SafeVoice, a gender-based violence reporting and case-management platform.

I produced a written report on gender-based violence trends and created training materials that helped teams and end users adopt system features. My work combines technical support, data handling, documentation, and clear communication for technical and non-technical users.

Alongside my computer science studies at Pwani University, I teach programming at micro-schools in Mombasa and provide hands-on troubleshooting for learners' computers and software. I've also built independent Django web applications with database configuration and backend logic.
