At Rightpoint, I defined UX vision for platform experiences and designed workflow tools for high-volume operational users. I built Ways of Working to improve process and sprint execution, and used AI tools to prototype and de-risk decisions with engineering.

At Kaiser Permanente, I led native iOS and Android experiences across a 90+ feature healthcare ecosystem, simplifying workflows in navigation, pharmacy, and document submission. Research and experimentation lifted site search 24 percent and navigation engagement 65 percent; I also built a global ADA component library that helped reduce design defects by 30 percent.
