At Mantle Tattoo, HERE Tattoo, The Honorable Society & Real Brows, I managed customer communications and appointment scheduling across tattoo and piercing businesses in Los Angeles and New York. I responded to customer calls, texts, and inquiries, and coordinated customers with appropriate artists.
I independently provided dog-walking and technology-support services to local clients, handling communication, scheduling, service delivery, and payment.
I continue to volunteer in local animal-welfare efforts by providing food and reliable water access to community cats and dogs. I'm also pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
