I am a compassionate reading teacher and instructional leader with a strong track record designing targeted interventions, leading curriculum teams, and managing assessment programs to improve student literacy outcomes.
Over more than two decades I have served in K–12 and military education roles, including Lead Reading Interventionist, District Testing Coordinator, mentor teacher, and Academic Leadership Instructor. I have designed and implemented intervention lesson plans, managed standardized testing logistics and compliance, trained staff, and performed extensive data analysis to guide instruction.
I bring experience training thousands of learners, coordinating curriculum for multiple teachers, and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements. I seek to apply my skills in assessment, differentiated instruction, and program coordination to help schools improve reading proficiency and student success.
