What I'm looking for

I'm looking to prepare aspiring educators through engaging, standards-aligned instruction, teacher support, reflective growth, and student-centered learning in an inclusive environment.

I'm leading K-12 assessment at Dale Cassens Education Complex, coordinating PM, CLT, SAT, ACT, WIDA, and FAA testing while documenting data, training proctors, and helping school leaders plan next steps.

I previously developed intensive literacy interventions and test-preparation supports for K-12 learners, using reading assessment data to drive small-group instruction. I also led professional development, mentored teachers, and built partnerships with community stakeholders.

At Lakewood Park Elementary, I served as a master teacher and grade-level leader, facilitated collaborative planning, supported IEP-driven accommodations, and analyzed FAST and iReady data. My third-grade students averaged 3.4% annual ELA growth and 3.7% annual mathematics growth, and I was recognized as Teacher of the Year.
