What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive school where I can lead standards-aligned literacy instruction, use assessment and progress monitoring to drive interventions, and build inclusive classrooms that help every learner succeed.

I am a dedicated and compassionate elementary educator with over 5 years of classroom experience fostering academic success and emotional growth. I develop and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with state standards, with a strong background in literacy intervention, curriculum design, and classroom management.

In my current role teaching 1st and 2nd grade reading and writing, I provide targeted one-on-one and small-group literacy intervention for students performing below grade level. Using assessments and progress monitoring data, I guide instructional decisions and adjust interventions while maintaining student records and consistent family communication.

Previously, as a 3rd Grade Teacher (LET), I developed and facilitated reading interventions to improve vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension, and I co-taught core subjects to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I’m committed to nurturing inclusive environments where all students feel seen, supported, and empowered to learn.
