What I'm looking for
At TDCX, I manage around 40 high-complexity cases daily for a global stays and experiences platform, covering regulatory, privacy, discrimination, and APAC issues. I summarise critical risks for leadership, protect confidentiality, and provide bilingual support for Chinese-speaking markets.
Alongside customer operations, I teach cello at the University of Malaya and UCSI, where I have led curriculum reviews, coordinated string faculty, automated faculty workflows, and supported students’ performance development. I also co-founded Red Carpet Artist Management, building artist rosters, negotiating contracts, and coordinating production requirements.
