I’m a Mexico-based customer support professional with hands-on experience delivering “custumer service” through chat support. In my roles at Tech Mahindra and Atento, I focus on helping customers resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a service mindset.

I also bring a strong creative and production background that complements my support work. In design and editorial roles, I handled “Diseño y creación de contenido para comunicación interna,” including the creation of videos and infographics for organizational communication needs.

Earlier, I worked as an “Editor de vídeo” where I supported the end-to-end process: image capture (“Levantamiento de imagen”), video editing, and creating content for the university. My education in “Lic. Animación Digital” strengthened my ability to produce clear, engaging visual material.

Currently, I’m expanding my perspective through studies in “Psicologia,” because I value understanding people and improving how I communicate and support others. I’m looking for a role where I can combine reliable customer service with content/visual experience to deliver consistent results.
