I explained complex benefits concepts, policy requirements, and coverage options in clear, accessible terms. I also coordinated with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and support accurate, timely benefits administration.

At Gusto, I analyzed and refined processes to improve the customer experience and internal efficiency. I also shared updates on internal processes, external policies, and benefits best practices with colleagues.

Earlier, at Fresno Unified School District, I managed confidential student records and supported families with enrollment and attendance procedures. I currently work as a Front End Associate at Costco Wholesale, providing service in a fast-paced environment.
