What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic HR Manager with progressive experience leading HR operations, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management across regulated, multi-functional organizations. I’ve managed a $2M+ benefits portfolio, led HRIS migrations, and delivered data-driven insights to executive leadership.
In my current role, I manage employee relations organization-wide, including investigations and mediation, to ensure swift, fair, and compliant resolutions. I also spearhead compliance audits and coordinate documentation across employee, payroll, benefits, and regulatory records—while extracting workforce insights using Oracle to inform HR planning.
Previously, I led cross-functional HR initiatives across a 500+ employee base and streamlined new hire operations through HireRight integration. I’ve also built HR analytics through Tableau, increased plan enrollment through new hire orientation, and strengthened HRIS accuracy—backed by an earlier technical support foundation across Windows and Mac OS.
