I’m an HR & Administrative Professional with experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee training, team leadership, conflict resolution, compliance management, and office operations. I bring a proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate organizational initiatives, maintain personnel records, and support employee development in fast-paced settings.
As a Supervising Agent/Benefits Specialist, I recruit, interview, train, and mentor new insurance agents, and I run onboarding and professional development training sessions.
