I’m looking for an HR and operations role where I can recruit, onboard, train, and support employees while ensuring compliance. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value strong communication, organization, and continuous process improvement.

I’m an HR & Administrative Professional with experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee training, team leadership, conflict resolution, compliance management, and office operations. I bring a proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate organizational initiatives, maintain personnel records, and support employee development in fast-paced settings.

As a Supervising Agent/Benefits Specialist, I recruit, interview, train, and mentor new insurance agents, and I run onboarding and professional development training sessions. I coach agents on performance goals and customer service, monitor productivity metrics, and collaborate with leadership to support workforce development and organizational growth.

In prior roles, I supervised a 24-member workforce as an Administrative Manager—handling onboarding, scheduling, training, performance oversight, conflict resolution, and compliance documentation. I also coordinated multi-department projects, prepared operational reports and meeting materials, and managed logistics for large-scale community events.

I’ve also supported resilience and readiness work as a Business Continuity Coordinator by maintaining business continuity and emergency preparedness documentation, coordinating across departments, and assisting with continuity planning and process improvements. My Emergency Management education and FEMA ICS training help me bring structure, documentation discipline, and calm execution to operational and HR workflows.
