I’m looking for a role where I can own office operations and accounts—handling bookkeeping, payroll, and AP/AR—while also supporting events. I thrive with clear procedures, strong teamwork, and opportunities to improve systems.

I’m an Office Manager who supervises and reviews accounts while running bookkeeping and accounting procedures end to end. I bring expertise across payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In my current role as Office & Events Coordinator at Beal’s Lobster Pier, I manage both office operations and event coordination. I handle bookkeeping and accounting workflows, including QuickBooks accounting and tools like bill.com, along with invoicing and daily relationship building with vendors and customers.

Previously, I served as an Office Manager at Coopers Hawk Winery & Restaurant and started earlier as an Office Assistant / Regional Training Coordinator. I supported major process improvements—creating training materials and a company handbook, implementing payroll and HR changes, documenting accounting standard operating procedures, and helping launch and grow a restaurant events program from the ground up.
