I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day office operations, support customers and internal teams, and strengthen business outcomes through accurate payroll, organized documentation, and continuous process improvement.

I’m an Office Manager and Administrative & Customer Service Professional with over 17 years of experience leading office operations through efficient administrative management. I coordinate high-volume communications, manage complex schedules and confidential records, and deliver outstanding service across phone, email, and in-person interactions. I’m highly organized, self-motivated, and technology-driven, consistently managing multiple priorities independently in fast-paced environments.
