What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role in operations, client success, account coordination, program coordination, or administrative support where I can keep complex workflows moving and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

I currently manage crisis casework for families in Wellmore Behavioral Health’s MST-BSF program, coordinating with DCF and community partners to address barriers, referrals, documentation, and urgent client needs. I provide bilingual English and Spanish support and connect clients with housing, food, employment, and other resources.

As a Subway franchise owner/operator, I lead daily operations including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, customer concerns, and compliance. My background also includes direct youth care, high-touch retail service, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.
