I am a dedicated operations and case management professional with over 10 years of experience leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional client and customer service. I combine frontline shelter case management with large-scale retail operations leadership to drive consistent results.

In my current role as a Social Services Case Manager, I manage a caseload of 25+ clients, complete intake assessments, develop individualized service plans, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, HUD, and OTDA standards. I partner with local agencies to secure housing, employment, mental health services, and other essential supports.

Previously, as an Operations Manager at Starbucks, I oversaw daily operations and a team of 60+ employees across multiple store locations, managed payroll and budget forecasting, directed inventory and vendor relationships, and led training and performance evaluations that improved profitability and retention.

I am passionate about creating inclusive, efficient, and supportive environments, facilitating workshops on budgeting and job readiness, and mentoring staff to meet organizational goals while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
