I'm currently maintaining Windows workstations, server hardware, structured cabling, and core IT infrastructure at B92 Television. I also support employees, perform server-room maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

I've delivered enterprise help desk support for McDonald's UK & ROI and Sainsbury's UK through NCR and NCR Voyix, troubleshooting POS terminals, kiosks, self-service checkouts, printers, payment devices, and Windows-based systems while managing incidents against SLA targets.

Alongside IT support, I've worked on live television productions at Blic TV, operating Camera Control Units, supporting camera shading, and maintaining broadcast equipment. I'm currently studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
