I am an IT-trained technician with hands-on experience delivering technical support and IT services. I trained at the Electrical Engineering School of Information Technologies and applied that knowledge in remote IT support roles.

At Key Factor I handled operating system and driver installations, network setup, antivirus protection, peripheral configuration, and virtual server access, resolving user issues efficiently. I prioritize clear troubleshooting and fast resolution.

I also have customer-facing experience as a sales associate and a game presenter, developing negotiation skills and confidence presenting live to international audiences in English.
