What I'm looking for

I want a QA role where I can collaborate closely with developers and product owners, execute functional testing (including MS Dynamics 365), document and communicate defects clearly, and expand both manual and automated coverage to improve product quality.

I’m a QA professional and former support specialist who enjoys partnering with development and business teams to turn requirements into reliable test coverage. I prioritize understanding business needs, aligning on test conditions, and ensuring defects are actionable.

In recent roles, I’ve performed functional testing for MS Dynamics 365 F&O—covering core financial modules like Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Multi-Company—while working across STLC, user stories, and issue logs. I document bugs and errors, execute tests within agreed timelines, and support UAT with guidance that helps developers fix issues efficiently.

Previously, I worked as an Embedded Tester delivering end-to-end test plans and reproducing issues with reliable steps, including manual and automated testing and functional API Testing. Before moving fully into QA, I built strong operational depth through system administration and service desk roles—troubleshooting, writing knowledge base materials and scripts, and supporting business application testing on test and production environments.
