What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute my technical support experience to TPGreece as a Junior IT Help Desk Technician while continuing to develop professionally within a modern IT environment.

At HELLENIC MINISTRY OF DEFENCE – GENERAL DIRECTORATE, I provided first-line IT support and technical assistance to end users. I diagnosed hardware, software, and workstation issues and supported Windows-based systems, applications, and peripherals.

I assisted with workstation setup and configuration, software installation, and day-to-day maintenance. I also investigated incidents and applied troubleshooting procedures to restore normal operation.

At HELLENIC NAVY/HELLENIC NATIONAL DEFENCE GENERAL STAFF, I worked in high-responsibility operational environments, coordinating across departments and communicating issues to senior personnel. In NATO and multinational settings, I supported coordination and worked with people from different organisations and professional backgrounds.

My background also includes logistics, supply, and technical support in the HELLENIC NAVY. I’m seeking to contribute my technical support experience to TPGreece as a Junior IT Help Desk Technician while continuing to develop professionally in a modern IT environment.
