What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ICT/network role where I can own Windows and Cisco infrastructure reliability, handle NOC/technical support, and contribute improvements—while sharing my experience through training and mentoring.

I’m an ICT technician in Greece with long-running experience supporting enterprise IT—from servers and mail services to campus networks. I provide hands-on technical support across Windows environments and internet services, including ongoing administration and troubleshooting.

In my current role at University of Thessaly, I handle technical support for Windows 2003 and 2000 servers (File and Application servers), manage internet services, and support IP administration and mail. I’ve also worked as a Joomla CMS administrator (now Wordpress), and deliver broad PC support (hardware and software) across Windows versions and common applications.

Earlier roles deepened my network and NOC expertise: I administered university networks using Cisco switches and routers, managed dialup services with Tacacs+ , LDAP, and Radius, and contributed to supervision of multicast services for the GRNET network. I also combine operational IT work with training—serving as an IT lecturer with more than 700 teaching hours total—so I bring both practical reliability and clear communication when delivering solutions, upgrades, and support.
