What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and support reliable IT/OT infrastructure in operational environments, combining hands-on Linux, virtualization, networking, and deployment work with technical team leadership.

I lead a five-person technical support team for an IT/OT solutions company in the maritime sector, preparing, configuring, testing, commissioning, and supporting production solutions onboard client vessels.

I've remotely commissioned more than 30 vessel deployments and travelled internationally to install and troubleshoot solutions on 20+ client vessels. My hands-on work spans Debian Linux, Proxmox VE, ZFS, LVM, GlusterFS, Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, VoIP, SAN storage, switches, wireless infrastructure, UPS systems, and IP-based CCTV/NVR systems.

Before moving into maritime IT/OT, I served as a Hellenic Navy Officer for nearly nine years, leading teams of 5–20+ personnel across frigates and patrol boats. I bring operational discipline, shipboard systems experience, and a practical approach to maintaining readiness in demanding environments.
