What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead retail operations and people teams where I can strengthen scheduling, labor planning, inventory, hiring, and guest experience while building an inclusive, high-performing team.

I've spent more than 10 years at lululemon, progressing from Educator to Assistant Manager of Operations while supporting high-volume stores in San Clemente, Costa Mesa, and Mission Viejo.

In my most recent role, I led monthly scheduling around labor demand, availability, and budgeted hours; managed payroll, time-off approvals, and shift swaps; and partnered with the Store Manager on budgets, business metrics, and operational priorities.

I've led teams across front- and back-of-house operations, including receiving, product allocation, damages, pullbacks, inventory consolidations, hiring, onboarding, and training. I also respond dynamically on the floor to guest, team, and business needs.

I’m known for organization, sound judgment, and building strong, inclusive teams while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
