I’m looking for a leadership role where I can scale marketing automation and CX operations with strong governance—turning data into better lead lifecycle performance. I thrive in cross-functional teams and want to build capability through L&D and process excellence.

I’m a MarTech Operations Leader with 17 years of experience driving global marketing automation and CX delivery. I’ve led end-to-end campaign and CX project work—from planning and QA to optimization and closure—across time zones.

Over my career, I delivered 250+ campaigns, 20+ MarTech platform implementations, and 14 CX projects for 60+ clients. We have consistently improved campaign performance beyond 100% through optimization and data-driven insights across lead lifecycle, segmentation, and nurture programs.

I’m also deeply focused on governance and compliance, including GDPR alignment and process standardization for high-quality, error-free deployments. I’ve led Learning & Development initiatives, trained 600+ employees, and built internal frameworks for campaign operations, talent tracking, and performance reporting.
