I'm currently managing end-to-end order lifecycles for international clients at Andwesupport, from order placement through invoicing and closure.
I coordinate clients, vendors, production teams, and logistics partners to keep fulfilment on schedule. I generate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, conduct order proofing, track shipments and production schedules, and follow up on payments while maintaining service quality.
Previously, at Intellipaat, I used CRM and data-tracking systems to manage leads, analyze customer requirements, support consultations, and maintain business records for reporting.
My computer science background also includes building a full-stack e-commerce web application with product browsing, user management, and order processing using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, and MySQL.
