At Conduent, I led complex order management activities including PO and sales order creation, order modifications, cancellations, and month/quarter/year-end support using tools such as Oracle Projects, MDM, ERP, CRM, and MS tools. I also validated contracts, initiated eSignature processes, and handled revenue distribution tasks.

At Wipro, I managed complete order processing for Google, coordinated with sourcing and logistics, processed invoices, managed disputes, and provided real-time support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. I produced reports and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
