What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior CRM/Power Platform roles where I can lead technical teams, solve integration and migration challenges, and deliver client-facing Dynamics 365 solutions.

I am a Senior CRM Developer and Technical Lead with 15 years of IT experience and 8+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 and Power Platform implementations. I deliver end-to-end solutions integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Portals, plugins, virtual entities and extensive Azure services.

I have led and contributed to US and global projects across health insurance (EZ-CAP), publishing (SAGE), EMR, real estate and banking domains, working as a hands-on architect, developer and project/technical lead. I regularly manage teams of 5–10 engineers and coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders.

My technical strengths include CRM customizations, plugin and workflow frameworks, SSIS/SSRS migrations, Power BI, RESCO/Field Service, Power Pages and DevOps with Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, Redis, WebJobs). I also have experience with integration tools (Swagger/Postman), migration utilities (Simego, Simego/Migration Configuration Assistant) and automation (Power Automate Desktop).
