Built custom PCF controls for telephony features in Dynamics 365 model-driven apps and worked on the Channel Integration Framework for inbound/outbound call integration. Led Dynamics 365 Customer Service integration with Volvo Connect, developing Azure Function web APIs and delivering secure end-to-end testing.
Developed reusable Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance Dynamics 365 UI and improve sales workflow user experience. Integrated PCF controls with backend data sources to support order management and pricing functionality.
