At Niva Bupa Health Insurance, I support HR operations and business needs for the Gurgaon location as an HR Business Partner. As Talent Management Lead, I revamped Rewards & Recognition programs and introduced two peer-nominated award categories.

I reduced attrition from 83% to 45% YTD through employee connect, manager support, and exit-feedback processes, earning a Top Rating for FY 2025–26.
Earlier, at Homelane, I conducted 300+ technical interviews and introduced resume-screening automation that reduced time-to-hire by 15%. I also contributed to HR projects at Ernst & Young (EY) and researched talent management practices at Outlook Publishing India.
