I am a motivated IT support specialist with 4+ years of hands-on Service Desk and Desktop Support experience across enterprise, government and retail environments.

I specialize in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, Group Policy and MFA implementation, and I routinely manage accounts, licenses and permissions using Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID.

I deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support, break/fix diagnostics, imaging and deployments of Windows devices and Zebra handhelds, and I use ServiceNow and Remedy to track incidents, problems and changes. I prioritize rapid, user-focused resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
