What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my bioinformatics and data skills, learn continuously, and contribute to industrial research—especially drug discovery and cloud-based analytics—in an organization that supports high standards.

I’m an enthusiastic fresher with a Master of Science in Bioinformatics (CGPA-8.6) and a strong foundation from my BSc (CGPA-8.8). I enjoy learning new technologies and methods, and I’m especially motivated by industrial research, drug discovery, and cloud-powered analytics.

In my projects, I performed differential gene expression analysis on breast cancer RNA-seq data using DESeq2, R/RStudio, TCGAbiolinks, and visualization with ggplot2/pheatmap. I also built an end-to-end scRNA-seq pipeline for 2,700 human blood cells in Python/Scanpy, including QC, normalization, PCA, Leiden clustering, and UMAP to identify and annotate immune cell populations. Beyond bioinformatics, I delivered hands-on AWS work by hosting a website on Amazon S3, visualizing Netflix data with Amazon QuickSight, and building a chatbot with Amazon Lex.

Researched specific inhibitors targeting TPH1 to address serotonin dysregulation, including comprehensive literature survey and inhibitor data collection. Performed scaffold hopping, FDA-approved drug repurposing, and virtual screening on a diversity set and documented results.
