I've taken three telecom products from R&D to commercial deployment, including SFR France's first commercial 3GPP Femto Gateway, T-Mobile's first 5G-NSA deployment, and Reliance Jio's greenfield all-IP LTE network.

At Ribbon Communications, I architect Acumen's network intelligence and AI platform, including analytics processing 3 billion events per hour for 2.5 million Airtel India customers. I built an on-premises 12-GPU LLM cluster and RAG chatbot with a 92% retrieval hit rate, delivering $100K+ in annual savings.

I've also engineered agentic RFx systems that answer roughly 15,000 technical questions in minutes and reduced sales first-response time from months to days. Through Acumen Builder, I helped take an in-house visual agentic workflow platform to production at Altice, generating double-digit-million-dollar revenue.

Across Cisco, Samsung, Nokia, and Motorola, I've worked from kernel-level C/C++ and DPDK networking to Kubernetes, Golang, LLM infrastructure, and product strategy. I bring hands-on architecture, product specifications, design reviews, field deployment, and executive AI advisory experience.
