At Cisco CX Engineering, I design and deliver platform and AI tooling, including the Intelligence Catalog and upgrade-bundle contracts for Cisco IQ. I also built a SaaS-side download module for catalog-driven upgrades and drove team adoption of AI-assisted development, documentation, and test automation.

Across observability and network automation engagements for Tier-1 telcos and enterprises, I owned ML-based forecasting, anomaly detection, and fault and performance management across the product lifecycle. I built an agentic full-network audit solution presented at Cisco Live 2026, and delivered automation supporting 15K transactions per day, about 1M services reconciled, and 5,000 devices provisioned.
