At Publicis Sapient, I architected and shipped enterprise AI, GenAI, distributed-system, and cloud platforms for Optum, BrandSafway, Marriott, Albertsons, Nissan UK, Fannie Mae, and others. My work has delivered outcomes including 97% faster document analysis, 5.6x lower repeat-query latency, 95% lower search latency, and 30% lower infrastructure costs.

I build production-grade agentic AI systems using multi-agent orchestration, RAG, MCP, LLM evaluation, and LLMOps. For Optum, I defined multi-agent architectures that let analysts query data warehouses in plain English and made evaluation a release gate, improving routing accuracy from 74% to 94% before launch.

I bring distributed-systems rigor to AI platforms: scalable boundaries, resilience, security, observability, and operating models. I’ve designed event-driven platforms processing over 1M events daily, data platforms processing over 10M records daily, and cloud-native systems across AWS and Azure.

I lead cross-region engineering teams, set architecture standards for guardrails and production readiness, and mentor senior engineers into technical leadership. Earlier at iGATE Global Solutions, I engineered banking APIs handling 500K+ daily transactions and improved response time by 55%.
