I designed a Brandon Hall award-winning women’s leadership program across 28 countries, reaching 5,000 graduates and contributing to a 28% increase in promotion rates and a 6% reduction in attrition.

I build learning strategies that support workforce transformation, GCC enablement, inclusive leadership, and multicultural teams. I also design AI-enabled learning journeys using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other Generative AI tools, while partnering with senior stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.

Across Optum, Capgemini, MetLife, Aon Hewitt, and Wipro BPO, I’ve delivered leadership solutions, capability frameworks, learning operations, client implementations, and facilitator development.
